At Lily, we are committed to providing high-quality feminine care products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product was missing from your order.
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened sanitary pad packages.
- Used products.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging.
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
Hygiene products such as sanitary pads are commonly excluded from returns once opened due to health and safety requirements.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are:
- Damaged during shipping.
- Defective.
- Incorrectly supplied.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
